Description
Ingredients:
Split Green Gram, Split Red Gram, Salt, Ginger, Coriander, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Cumin, Curry Leaves, Edible Oil, Mustard, Asafoetida, Turmeric.
Procedure:
- Mix The Dal Fry Mix in 400 ml/ 13.53 FL OZ of water.
- Boil it in 10 mins.
- Add tomatoes as per your choice.
- If cooked in pressure cooker, make 2 whistles.
- Simmer for 5 mins and serve it hot.
- You may add 1 tsp of ghee.
