Description

Ingredients:
Split Green Gram, Split Red Gram, Salt, Ginger, Coriander, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Cumin, Curry Leaves, Edible Oil, Mustard, Asafoetida, Turmeric.

 

Procedure:

  1. Mix The Dal Fry Mix in 400 ml/ 13.53 FL OZ of water.
  2. Boil it in 10 mins.
  3. Add tomatoes as per your choice.
  4. If cooked in pressure cooker, make 2 whistles.
  5. Simmer for 5 mins and serve it hot.
  6. You may add 1 tsp of ghee.
