Description

Ingredients : 

Split Green Gram, Rice, Salt, Onion, Red Chili Powder, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Coriander.

 

Procedure : 

Add 375-400ml water to 200g Moonglet Mix. Mix it Well. Heat a pan and grease it with oil, pour some batter and cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes on both sides till it turns golden brown.

Serve it hot with butter, sauce or chutney.
