Description
Ingredients:
Colocasia (Alu) Leaves, Bengal Gram Flour, Tamarind, Dry Coconut Chips, Peanuts, Salt, Chilli Powder, Sugar and Spices, Mustard, Edible Oil, Asafoetida, Turmeric.
Procedure:
1. Add the Alu Bhaji Mix from the packet to 400 ml/ 13.53 FL OZ of water.
2. Mix it well so that no lumps are formed.
3. Boil it for 10 min.
4. Serve after 15 mins for a better taste.
