Ingredients :Â
Farsan, Moth beans, Edible oil, Beaten Rice, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Salt, Sugar, Red Chilli powder, Spices, Garam Masala, Curry Leaves
Procedure:Â
Heat 600ml of water in a vessel. Add the masala and sprouts from packets to it and stir well. Boil for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
Divide the farsan into 2 plates and add the above gravy to it as required. Garnish it with chopped onion, coriander, lemon and serve it hot.
