Description
Ingredients:
Onion, Edible Oil, Salt, Tomato, Red Chilli powder, Garlic, Ginger, Cardamom, Cumin, Fenugreek, Asafoetida, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Procedure:
Soak the Kabuli Chana in hot water for 15 mins. Add the Kabuli Chana to 200ml water. Cook in pressure cooker. Make 6 whistles and simmer for 5 mins.
Add the masala mix to hot water to form a paste. Add this paste to the cooked Kabuli Chana and mix well. Keep it in a covered vessel for at least 5-7 mins
and then serve it hot.
