Description
Ingredients:
Moth Beans, Oil, Tomato, Onion, Coconut, Sugar, Goda Masala, Coriander Powder, Soil, Chili Powder, Curry Leaves, Mustard, Cumin, Turmeric, Asafoetida.
Procedure:
Add 180 ml water to Moth Beans. Cook it in a pressure cooker making 3 whistles and simmer for 5 mins. Add boiling water to the spice mix to make a paste. Add the paste to the cooked beans uniformly. You may add extra hot water to the adjust the consistency. Mix it well and serve it hot.
