Description
Ingredients:
Split Green Gram, Split Red Gram, fenugreek, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Chilli powder, Goda Masala, Cumin, Oil, Mustard, Asafoetida, Turmeric.
Procedure:
- Boil 300ml of water.
- Add the Daal Methi mix to it
- Cook it for 5-7 minutes
- stir after every 2 minutes
- Turn of the flame
- Cover the vessel with a lid and leave it for 3-5 more minutes
