Description
Ingredients :
Rice, Bengal Gram, Black Gram, Wheat, Salt, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Chilli Powder.
Procedure :
Mix 2.75 parts of water to 1 part of amboli peeth. Mix it well so that no lumps are formed. add 1 table spoon Butter milk or 1 table spoon curd and 1 table spoon oil to enhance the taste.
Heat a pan, grease it with oil and pour batter on the hot pan. Fry the Amboli’s from both sides to get the golden Crispy Amboli’s.
