Description

Ingredients:
Split Green Gram, Split Red Gram, fenugreek, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Chilli powder, Goda Masala, Cumin, Oil, Mustard, Asafoetida, Turmeric.

 

Procedure:

  1. Boil 300ml of water.
  2. Add the Daal Methi mix to it
  3. Cook it for 5-7 minutes
  4. stir after every 2 minutes
  5. Turn of the flame
  6. Cover the vessel with a lid and leave it for 3-5 more minutes
