Khamanga Watli Daal Recipe


Bengal Gram daal, Salt, Sugar, Green Chilies and Edible Oil, Tadka mix.

Procedure :

1) Add 1 bowl (100 ml) of warm water to the Khamanga Watli Daal Mix.

2) Soak it for 15 mins.

3) Take 2 tbsps of edible oil in a pan. Heat it.

4) Fry the mix in edible oil and cover it with a lid and steam if for 5 mins.

5) Garnish with coriander & grated coconut.
