1) Take 5 bowls (500 ml) of water and add the Metkut Rice Mix from the packet to it.
2) Cook the mixture in a pressure cooker by making 3-4 whistles.
3) If required add 0.5 bowl of water to get required consistency. If not cooked in a pressure cooker, extra water may be needed.
4) Top it with ghee and serve with lemon pickle.
