Daal Fry Recipe



INGREDIENTS :



Moog Daal, Tur Daal, Salt, Coriander, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Curry Leaves, Edible Oil, Tadka Mix.

Procedure :


1) Mix the Daal Fry Mix in 4 bowls (400ml) of water.

2) Add 1 chopped tomato if available.

3) Boil it for 10 mins. OR if cooked in pressure cooker, make 2 whistles.

4) Simmer for 5 mins. and serve it hot. As per your choice, you may add 1 tsp of ghee to the daal.
