Ambadi Bhaaji Recipe


Ambadi Leaves, Rice, Besan, Chilli, Garlic, Edible Oil, Groundnuts, Salt & Spices.

Procedure :

1) Add the Ambadi Bhaaji Mix in 4 bowls (400 ml) of water.

2) Mix well, so that no lumps are formed.

3) Cook in a vessel with lid upon it for 10-15 mins. OR cook in a pressure cooker with 2 whistles.

4) Add sugar or jaggery as per your requirement.

Stir well. Serve with garlic tadka.
